The Bulgarian Residency Program allows permanent residency through investment in Bulgarian national bonds and is subject to changes in rules and regulations.

Procedure and Conditions for Bulgaria Visa

The Bulgarian residency by state bonds investment program requires an investment of €515,000 in the residency bond program, with a maturity of 6 years. This investment can only be made through specific companies approved by the Bulgarian Government. Once the funds are submitted, you and your entire family will obtain full residency status. After the mandatory hold period, the Government will return the entire amount without accrued interest. Alternatively, you can initiate a loan from a Bulgarian chartered bank by proving eligibility with assets worth more than €1 million.

Steps to Apply:

  • Step A: We initiate pre-screening checks to determine your eligibility.
  • Step B: Upon completion of pre-screening, you will transfer the bond value and related company costs.
  • Step C: The applicant must present themselves at the Immigration Office to collect biometric data. Official acceptance follows within 10 days.

Note: Applicants previously denied a visa by a country with which Bulgaria has visa-free travel agreements are not eligible.
