- A property purchase of EUR 320,000 (EUR 270,000 in South Malta or Gozo), or a property lease of EUR 12,000 per annum (EUR 10,000 in South Malta or Gozo).

Citizenship Program Malta Procedure
The procedure process is straightforward and efficient, ensuring a smooth application experience:
Step A:
We will start a pre-screening procedure to determine your eligibility.
Step B:
Once pre-screening is done, you will be assigned a Client Service Manager who will guide you through the selection process for the most appropriate and beneficial investment option.
Step C:
The designated Client Service Manager will collect all needed documents and submit the application to the Government.
Step D:
Once your application is approved, you will submit the payment for all fees and required amounts.
Final Step: After completing all the above steps, we will collect the Citizenship Certificate and passport and deliver them to you securely.
Citizenship Program Malta Costs
What costs are expected?
New Costs from 2021: Applicants for the Malta Citizenship by Investment Program must make the following contributions and fees as a minimum to qualify for citizenship under the Individual Investor Programme (IIP):
- Single applicant:
- Exceptional Direct Investment (non-refundable): EUR 600,000 (36 months residency option) or EUR 750,000 (12 months residency option).
- Investment required for each additional dependent: EUR 50,000.
- Philanthropic donation: EUR 10,000 to a registered philanthropic, cultural, sport, scientific, animal welfare, or artistic non-governmental organization.
- Establish residence in Malta through either purchasing real estate valued at no less than EUR 700,000 or renting a property at no less than EUR 16,000 per year. The required holding period is five years from the date of receiving citizenship.
- Additional Fees:
- Residence permit fee: Main applicant: EUR 5,000, Dependents: EUR 1,000 each.
- Due diligence fee: Main applicant: EUR 15,000, Dependents age 12 and over: EUR 10,000 each.
- Administrative fee: Each applicant: EUR 1,500.
